Do You Frequently Read Writing Newsletters & - Trade Magazines?

Some years ago I worked in the Music Business
and the company and had several subscriptions to several
Trade Magazines for the Entertainment Business
It alway's made me feel very excited
when those publications arrived.

'I was alway's curious and excited, and still am
curious about if
there would be

interviews in it with people
that I knew, or knew something about,
or if there would be info about

new interesting developements,
or if they might even have been written
something about a campaign
that I was involved in myself.'

Currently for what Writing is concerned
I mainly have several writing related
email Newsletters and a
Dutch Language Trade Magazine

about Screenwriting, and I recently realised
that I didn't frequently actually read them that much,
so recently I took a little extra time to actually
read one of my email Newsletters that had some really
interesting info in it!
(it goes without saying that there is also a lot of
interesting info in

books about writing)

'It made me realise that Newsletters and

Trade Magazines
can be a great resource learn about
new developements and to get an idea what

Conversations are going on
in 'The Writing World', and for getting
new ideas and inspiration for example
for starting new writing projects or
for example for taking the

Laptop

(with using a practical Laptop Stand)
and write new blogposts.'
