('As you might have read in
The Round Up Post from June
you could read this post Last June,
on this blog,
Only since it's still Summer Time,
you get this post about Novel Writing
here again since it's a Vacation related
Blogpost....,')
'I like to help people answering their question

Once in a while somebody asks
a question about something as exciting as writing
a Novel, and since I read
several books about it like for example an
interesting book titled:
'Get that Novel Started',
I did give an answer that I thought might
be helpful for somebody that feels overwhelmed
by the idea to write a Novel.
'Anyway this book 'Get your Novel Started'
has a lot of useful tips on how to write them'.
Although it has been some time ago that I read this book myself
(some years ago I spend part of my vacation to get started
with getting a feel for
The Writers Lifestyle) I wondered if I could find this book
to put on this Writing Blogspot...,
you are reading right now,
and YES,
I found it so if you
like to read this book yourself
you can find it by clicking
on the 'banner-link'
you can find near the end of
this post.

Not Only Long-term Projects
Like Novels:
BTW I don't recomment to only focus on
long-term projects like writing a Novel. I do recomment
that you also work on several other short-term projects
also if you want to start making money with your writing as well.
For example
smaller projects like:
Writing Short Filler Articles
for Newspapers or Magazines, and doing things like
descriptive writing, about
your vacation destination for Postcards,
and things like,
Greeting Card Writing,
Or
Writing Book Reviews
for Your Blog
Or for example first start with
things like
Writing Contests or simply start
with buying a book about
Short Fiction Markets
You can write for.
Besides it's usually also very useful to work on more projects
to be able to have some of your research you did for other
projects available as possible inspiration your could use
for your Novel. (or the other way arround)

Conclusion:
I do Recommend to include some practical
things into your Packing List
and besides the great book
about Time Management,
(that you could read about in this post) or a
great reading book, or
for example a book like:

Your Book Published: How to Write It,
